Our Thirtyversary brings returning guest Brice Canedo-Pullan (the Grover Cleveland of WEE guests) and our very first Season 22 episode, Love is a Many Strangled Thing. When Homer makes Bart pee himself at a football game, he visits Paul Rudd and Kareem Abdul Jabar to rid himself of his desire to strangle Bart. Sure. Why not. What's the deal with this episode's completely insane story structure? Is he Paul Rudd or Paul Blandd? Will WEE ever get published on time? (Actually, we're switching to Thursday releases from now on.) Plus, the official Dalek theme music, more talk about Stephen King's The Stand, and yes, a little bit more Groophic. So it's come to this and we hope we're not looking like quite the fools. It's the first day of April and Dan & Jack have flown the coop after reviewing season 6's O-Henryesque anti-classic "Mom's the Word." Hopefully you're not feeling empty inside after hearing what we have to say, even though this episode is surely one for the birds! What actor was the Charlie Sheen of the early 90s? How was Cheech Marin the gum of "Golden Palace?" And where does Jeopardy! steal its questions from? All that, plus, the original non-ironic Quagmire, Ham Harry, and some cartoon show about a family or something. Now who's laughing, now who's laughing!

Did someone say St. Patrick's Day? Oh that was yesterday? Well, good because this episode only has about three minutes of a St. Patrick's Day parade. Yes, it's that one that Jack thought was all those other ones but it wasn't. It's season 20's Sex, Pies and Idiot Scrapes! Homer and Flanders become bounty hunters because reasons, while Marge works in an erotic bakery without any kind of dramatic tension at all. Sounds like a winner to us! When did Springfield get so many Irish residents? Why do they waste great guest stars with unnecessary characters? And how can there be other Jack Picones and Dan Mulhalls out there? All that, plus black and white cookie stores, intense fears of Marc Summers, and a visit from Joe Pesci. We ate Popeye's before recording this one, so you know it's going to be good. Plus, a stream of special guests waiting for a bus!
